With a strong medical background and over a decade of experience as a Registered Nurse, I have a deep understanding of the physical and emotional challenges women face during midlife, particularly during menopause. My approach is enriched by my certifications as a Certified NLP Practitioner, Life Coach, and Certified Human Design Coach, allowing me to offer a comprehensive and personalized approach to wellness.

My journey through menopause has led me to develop a Natural and Holistic Approach that blends Eastern and Western perspectives, focusing on nutrition, mindfulness, meditation, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance overall well-being.
